Reading

Notes: Students need to read 3 nights a week (Monday-Sunday) for at least 20 minutes. They have a Book-it reading log at home to be signed. Please make sure students are reading materials on their reading level. I encourage parents read with their children at least once a week. Parents might want to select a book and read it together (yes this time counts for the 20 minutes). I suggest taking turns reading to each other. Be sure to stop and discuss the book as you read.
Book-It started this October and will last through March. I plan to use the Book-It reading log the entire year, but personal pan coupons will only be issued Oct. - March.
